Ruth Milner
Ruth is the Managing Director of Work-Life Health and is an Occupational Health Advisor, Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, Registered General Nurse , Neuro- Linguistic Programming Practitioner and Platinum Rule Trainer. She is passionate about promoting physical and psychological wellbeing and helping individuals and organisations with the health and business challenges faced.
Work-Life Health, promotes healthier lives through healthier work, lifestyle and the prevention of illness and injury through evidence based practice.
Ruth has additional qualifications in Helping People Change, a Health Education qualification and an Occupational Health certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
With a keen interest in Complementary therapies, Ruth qualified in Aromatherapy and Massage therapy and introduced 'Flourish' to the business.
Ruth has a wide range of experience in different industry sectors such as Education, Retail, Manufacturing, Public and Private Sector and Service Industries both as an internal and external provider. In addition to the clinical experience, Ruth has significant input in to corporate, local and national agendas and strategy. Examples of this are:-
